What is the difference between Online Profiles and Delivered Reports?
Online Profiles are read online in the company profile and are for your own use. Delivered Reports are Word and PDF due diligence reports with rights to share, original registry filings from Basic, support after delivery and invoice billing.
Can I share what I buy online?
Online Profiles are for internal use only. If you need to build findings into your own report or pass them to a client, choose a Delivered Report.
Can I build a delivered report into my own report?
Yes. Delivered Reports come as an editable Word file as well as a PDF, include rights to share, and carry no AsiaBIS trademark to remove.
How and when do I pay?
Online Profiles are paid upfront at checkout. Delivered Reports can be paid online or invoiced, and on ABIS Platform you can also pay with credits. Work starts once the subject details are complete and the order is confirmed.
What support do I get after delivery?
Delivered Reports include six months of support on factual matters and two weeks on other matters. Online Profiles do not include post-delivery support, and new research is scoped separately.
How long does each take?
Company and Credit Reports are ready within 4 working hours, usually under 2. Online Standard takes 3 working days. DD Lite and Basic take 1 working day, Standard 3 and Enhanced 5.
Does a delivered report include online access?
DD Standard and Enhanced include six months of Online Standard access from when the online content becomes available. Lite and Basic do not, and buying Online Standard alone does not include a delivered report.
Can I use more than one way to buy?
Yes. Choose the option that suits each assignment, for example an Online Profile to screen a company and a Delivered Report once it matters.
When does ABIS Platform launch, and what will it cost?
It is launching soon; register interest and we will tell you when it opens. It supports everything in Delivered Reports at the same prices, and you can buy credits for a discount.
