Counts for each stage sit above your orders: awaiting subject details, awaiting payment or confirmation, in research, quality review and delivered. Each order shows its market and progress, and you can filter by All, Active, Needs action or Delivered.

Open an order for its timeline: order placed, subject details complete, payment or email confirmation, research, quality review and delivery. The turnaround clock shows when it started and when the order is due. An order that is waiting for details or a confirmation says what it needs and offers the action to take, and you can request an add-on from the same panel.

What is Order & Track Research?
It is the part of ABIS Platform that shows every research order you place: its stage, a step-by-step timeline and its turnaround clock. It is useful from a single order upward.
Which orders can I follow?
Delivered Reports, including reputational enquiries, site visits and compliance interviews, and Online Profiles. Each order shows its product, market and progress.
How much does it cost to order through ABIS Platform?
Delivered Reports cost the same as when you order them directly: DD Lite USD 50, Basic USD 80, Standard USD 120 and Enhanced quoted. You can buy credits for a discount. See the prices
What do the stages mean?
Awaiting subject details and awaiting payment or confirmation mean the turnaround clock has not started. In research and quality review mean it is running. Delivered means the report or profile is ready.
When does the turnaround clock start?
Once the subject details are complete and payment is received, or email confirmation for invoiced clients. Until then the order is marked as waiting and shows what it is waiting for.
How long does each product take?
DD Lite and Basic take 1 working day, Standard 3 and Enhanced 5. Company and Credit Reports are ready within 4 working hours, and Online Standard takes 3 working days. The clock on each order shows its due date.
What happens when an order needs something from me?
The order is marked as awaiting subject details or awaiting confirmation, shows what it is waiting for and offers a button to add the details or confirm.
What do I receive when an order is delivered?
Delivered Reports arrive as Word and PDF files with rights to share. DD Standard and Enhanced also include six months of Online Standard access from when it becomes available. Online Profiles are read online for six months.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. As with Delivered Reports, factual matters receive six months of support and other matters two weeks. New research is scoped separately.
