When does the turnaround clock start?
Once the required subject details are complete and either email confirmation has been provided for an invoiced order or payment has been confirmed for a website order. An incomplete checkout submission does not start the research clock.
Can I request expedited delivery?
Yes. Availability, timing, and any additional charge are assessed case by case and confirmed by email before the expedited assignment is agreed.
What details are needed for an individual check?
Provide the person's name, associated company, and either date of birth or ID number. You can name the people or ask us to suggest relevant principals; you confirm the subjects before screening.
How should I choose a Vietnam DD scope?
Some subjects have little media coverage. Basic or above adds registry research when you need to establish corporate identity and background. Litigation research in Vietnam is not comprehensive; no located results do not establish that no litigation exists. Newly established subjects may also offer limited scope for useful reputational enquiries.
Are online access and commissioned research available in the same countries?
Research can be commissioned across ten Asian countries. Online Profiles are currently available for Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Myanmar; online profiles for the other six markets are planned. Review country coverage.
