Check which company the statements concern, the period they cover and the information available. Group-level figures or a related company's reputation should not silently substitute for evidence about your customer.
Credit Report combines registration details, financial statements and a credit score. Online Standard adds broader DD research but does not include the score. Explain your decision if you need help choosing the combination.
The report supplies information for your assessment. It does not guarantee payment or prescribe a credit limit. Record gaps, consider changes since the reporting period and request additional research where a material question remains.
Make the financial-information requirement explicit.
Online Credit Report includes corporate registration details, financial statements, and a credit score. It is prepared within two working hours once complete subject details and the applicable order confirmation are in place.
Online Standard provides wider Standard-equivalent DD research and financial statements, but no credit score. Tell us if you need both types of information; do not assume the broader research tier includes every separate online product.
What to keep in view
Understand the limits of the findings.
Source dates, statement periods, and unavailable information should remain visible in your decision. A score does not guarantee payment, and the report does not set your credit limit.
Six-month online access begins when the content is available. It is access to the purchased content, not a promise of continuous updates or monitoring.
Questions before you order
A clear starting point.
Does Credit Report include a delivered Word or PDF DD report?
No. Credit Report is an online-only product. Delivered DD reports are a separate offering.
Does Online Standard include the credit score?
No. Among the online products, the credit score is included only with Credit Report. Online Standard includes financial statements without the score.
