Solutions / Supplier Due Diligence

Assess the supplier behind the proposal.

Build a view of the company's recorded identity, relevant background and operational claims before selecting the checks your procurement decision needs.

A focused research approach

Connect each question to the right evidence.

01

Start with the contracting supplier.

Confirm which entity will supply the goods or services and which location or affiliate is involved. Keep the research focused on the actual relationship.

Establish the company identity
02

Combine records with targeted investigation.

Registration and DD research can establish the available background. Credit Report provides separate financial and score information. Discuss site verification if a physical operating claim matters, or human-source enquiries when knowledgeable perspectives could add value.

Explore field services
03

Match the scope to the evidence gap.

Do not order fieldwork simply because it is a higher-priced option. State the question, identify the evidence already available and agree which further work would be useful. For a new business, principal checks or a location-specific enquiry may be more informative than broad reputational enquiries.

Compare DD scopes
Agree the scope before ordering

Build a brief around the proposed relationship.

Tell us the supplier's legal identity, the goods or services involved, your decision deadline, and any concern about the operating location or associated people.

DD Standard screens the company. A company-plus-two-associated-people Standard bundle can cover named principals; Vietnam delivery is three working days. Site visits and other standalone work require separate scope and timing confirmation.

What to keep in view

Understand the limits of the findings.

A site verification assignment must define what needs to be observed and what access is feasible. Interior access, photographs, interviews, or specific deliverables are not assumed to be included.

Reputational enquiries may add little for a newly established or low-profile company with few knowledgeable sources. Discuss feasibility and alternatives before selecting that work.

Questions before you order

A clear starting point.

Is a site visit included in DD Enhanced?

DD Enhanced adds four completed human-source enquiries to Standard research. A site visit is a separate service and must be scoped explicitly.

Can you research suppliers outside the four online-profile markets?

Yes. Commissioned research is available across all ten markets in our coverage. Country-specific scope and timing are confirmed at enquiry.

Your next step

Match your supplier checks to the decision.

Tell us the company, country, decision, and any specific questions. We will help you define the relevant research and confirm the scope before work begins.
